*Our Read-a-Thon and Family Literacy Night were a huge success! Thanks to everyone who collected pledges, made donations, read to our classes, and joined us on Thursday night. School-wide, we read over 215 books over those two days! Every class exceeded their goal of the number of books read. All pledges are due by March 13th. Pledge amounts are based on classroom goals, not the actual number of books read J Our Toddler/Twos and Older Twos classes had a goal of 16 books, the Preschool class had a goal of 25 books, and the three Pre-K classes had a goal of 30 books for each class.
*All donations/pledges for our Read-a-Thon are tax deductible. Please let us know if you’d like a tax donation form. As well, if your company participates in a grant matching program, your donation would be tax deductible!
*Our annual St. Patrick’s Day parade will be on Thursday, March 13th at 11am. We march in the Chuck E. Cheese parking lot, so please do not park near the back of the parking lot (next to our playgrounds). The children may ride their decorated bikes, trikes, or wagons in the parade (bikers must wear a helmet!). Scooters, skates, and rollerblades are not permitted. All classroom parties will immediately follow the parade.
*School will be closed on March 14th, 17th, and 18th for Spring Break.
